FF&E Project Manager
We are looking to hire an FF&E Project Manager to work remotely with our Istanbul office.
Hotel development is complex and there are a lot of moving parts! We at Tiffany Plus help hotel owners
and developers simplify the process using our innovative, turnkey approach to FF&E and Design. We
provide a-la-carte services for hotel renovations, property improvement plans and new build
developments.
We help gain control of the project schedule and budget through a finely tuned combination of processes:
- Branded or boutique hotel Interior Design
- Superior Engineering and Manufacturing
- Experienced Installation and Punchlist services
- Responsible of the design development from planning, pre-construction to handover.
- Coordinates drawing documentation with architectural team and consultants, leads drawings and specification documentation through all phases of the project
- Understands owners’ vision and interpret it into convenient design descriptions and briefs with focus on all FF&E components.
- Manages the detailed design drawings, drafting, as well as preparing presentation boards.
- Oversees the sketched initial plan, designs, and furnished hotel properties.
- Follows up on the implementation of furnishing hotels properties.
- Updates design library with new products and vendors.
- Helps in improving and organizing material library.
- Coordinates contract interior design projects in all phases of construction.
- Follows up on all consolidated reports related to other departments.
- Takes part in the preparation of B.O.Q., schedules of materials, finishes and furniture.
- B.Sc. in Architectural, Engineering, Arts, or any related field.
- +10 years of experience in the FF&E field.
- Experience in Hospitality is a MUST.
- Excellent command of English Language
- Strong Collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills.
