Quantity Surveyor (FF&E)
We are looking to hire an FF&E Quantity Surveyor to work remotely with our Istanbul office.
Hotel development is complex and there are a lot of moving parts! We at Tiffany Plus help hotel owners
and developers simplify the process using our innovative, turnkey approach to FF&E and Design. We
provide a-la-carte services for hotel renovations, property improvement plans, and new build
developments.
We help gain control of the project schedule and budget through a finely tuned combination of processes:
- Branded or boutique hotel Interior Design
- Superior Engineering and Manufacturing
- Experienced Installation and Punchlist services
- Prepare, maintain, and update the BoQs and work schedule to ensure appropriate purchasing and delivery of specified goods and services to meet with the project plan timeline
- To provide preliminary and final measured quantities of all specified elements for the purpose of budget estimations, competitive tender processes, sampling, and final product procurement.
- Prepare all tender and pre-qualification documentation as agreed with the Purchasing Director, for the issue to potential Sub-Contractors within the specified time scales.
- Undertake analysis of tender returns to ensure compliance with instructions and completeness of priced items and recommend any cost savings, price adjustments, or required negotiations to ensure that the best possible deals are agreed upon.
- Control all tender sample submittals and issue them to the appropriate schools for their consideration.
- Manage and monitor future project expenditure against budget.
- Review and record Sub-Contractor payment applications.
- Compile relevant reports as agreed with Purchasing Director.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in Pre-Contract Quantity Surveying
- Must have experience in high end Fit Out on buildings such as Hotels, Palaces, Museums or equivalent
